Focus Fitness is a customized fitness training service helping individuals achieve their personal health and fitness goals. It is NOT a cookie cutter workout program given to everyone. Each person has a unique body, fitness level, goal and physical/health limitations. My extensive training, experience, and knowledge enable me to design a program to help individuals perform at their physical best, regardless of age or fitness level.
I believe that exercise is the fuel that feeds the body, mind, and spirit. However, fitness means different things to different people. For some it is associated in more sports-related terms such as improved performance, strength, speed, endurance, and agility. Others equate fitness in a more health-related manner such as increased energy, youthfulness, weight loss/gain, and cardiovascular benefits.
